When things get rattled and rolled, sometimes we have no choice, but to rebuild. Human beings were made to rebuild whether in Jenga, Lincoln logs, Lego's, or whole cities devastated by nature, when things are upended, we start to rebuild. The question in rebuilding is whether we rebuild things as they were, or rebuild it better?
